As a non-profit organization, we are committed to our mission to provide accessible, high-quality leadership training that empowers individuals to become confident, proactive leaders—whether in their workplace or community. We are committed to fostering a ripple effect, where every person we train goes on to positively impact the lives of others around them, creating a cycle of leadership that reaches far beyond the individual and makes the workplace a happy place.

Our Story . . . so far
The Ripple Leadership Project was born out of my own experiences and frustrations with management in the workplace. Throughout my career, I’ve worked for several companies, and one thing that stood out to me was the lack of true leadership. I’ve worked for many managers, but I don’t think I’ve ever worked for a leader. Most of the managers I encountered were untrained and unsupported, which left them ineffective in their roles. It became clear to me that something needed to change, and I decided that someone needed to step up and help struggling managers become the leaders they were meant to be. Leaders who could not only improve their own effectiveness but also transform the workplaces around them. ​ The biggest issue I’ve seen is communication. So many managers don’t know how to communicate effectively with their teams or seniors. Often, they see their position as one of power rather than as an opportunity to enable and support others. I’ve spent years observing these issues and learning from leadership courses, videos, and experts I admire. Over time, I realized that while there are companies offering leadership training, the focus always seems to be on profit. I believe we owe it to managers to give them the training and support they deserve, not just as a means to make money. In fact, over 70% of managers in the Western world report struggling due to a lack of training and support from their companies. That’s why I took the first step to dedicate my life to building The Ripple Leadership Project—a hub where managers can find the resources and support they so deservedly need. ​
